Three Sisters Yoga

Three Sisters Yoga is a yoga teacher training school based in NYC. We offer yoga teacher certification programs, continuing education workshops, and classes. We believe yoga teachers should strive to meet students where they are; to be inclusive, diverse and as accessible as possible. Our name comes from the practice of planting the “three sisters” crops of squash, corn, and beans together. Each of the distinctly different crops has a vital role in helping each other grow. This is the kind of community we nurture. We are always looking for ways to improve and expand our curriculum to be more inclusive, diverse, expansive and welcoming.
