Sonic Yoga Studio

Sonic Yoga is an unique yoga experience. Don't come here if you expect a relaxing, stress-free yoga session because you won't get that here. In the HOT yoga studio, you will sweat, stretch and work out your body, mind and soul to the beat of the music. Through intensive breath work, you will challenge every part of your body to a workout experience like no other.

the Sonicyoga studio. My first feeling that held me back was pure energy, and then I felt the importance not only of yoga classes but, how the program was constructed and who our teachers here. I had the opportunity to meet fantastic teachers who educated me meditation, Reiki, and Tango dance, which are still a part of my life, but I would put Yoga Teacher among the first who, through daily yoga classes, reminds of the basicity and simplicity of life, and who helps to reconnect with ourselves. Its not just technique, but its the way how they lead us through yoga classes. I enjoy the diversity of energies in people, but here is the essence that makes us better for ourselves, and for others. Everybody are so friendly and all teachers give you support from beginning and during the all process of practicing.. I strong recommend Sonic yoga studio !! Enjoy!!!
