Sonic Yoga is an unique yoga experience. Don't come here if you expect a relaxing, stress-free yoga session because you won't get that here. In the HOT yoga studio, you will sweat, stretch and work out your body, mind and soul to the beat of the music. Through intensive breath work, you will challenge every part of your body to a workout experience like no other.

the Sonicyoga studio. My first feeling that held me back was pure energy, and then I felt the importance not only of yoga classes but, how the program was constructed and who our teachers here. I had the opportunity to meet fantastic teachers who educated me meditation, Reiki, and Tango dance, which are still a part of my life, but I would put Yoga Teacher among the first who, through daily yoga classes, reminds of the basicity and simplicity of life, and who helps to reconnect with ourselves. Its not just technique, but its the way how they lead us through yoga classes. I enjoy the diversity of energies in people, but here is the essence that makes us better for ourselves, and for others. Everybody are so friendly and all teachers give you support from beginning and during the all process of practicing.. I strong recommend Sonic yoga studio !! Enjoy!!!

sonic has changed my life beyond my wildest dreams !! Each teacher has taken there time personally to help me grow my practice. They also guided me beyond my training so i would be a successful yoga instructor. once you step foot through those doors you will never feel the need to go anywhere else !! There are so many different options and styles of yoga . The best part of sonic is that the teachers and students are one big happy family always looking for new members .

I visited Joy yoga for the yelp elite event. The event was well organized. They had free green drinks and appetizers prior to event. The instructor for the beginners yoga class was Susie. The class was amazing. I really enjoyed this event. I plan on taking classes at Joy starting next month. After the event beer and wine was served along with crab cakes and kale bites.

I travel to New York for business on a regular basis, and I've been looking for a studio that feels like home. When I walked into Sonic, I knew I'd found it. I've taken classes from a number of different instructors and have been taken by the community feel, the mindful flows and intention-filled movement. I've felt a personal connection, and never felt like an outsider, which can often be the case when you aren't a yoga studio regular. The new studio is absolutely beautiful, and I'm thrilled to have found a space that does feel like home when I need a spot to breathe a bit during hectic trips to the city. Truly, I can't say enough about this little haven in midtown. :)
