I was in search of a workout I could really be passionate about, do without dreading and would make me feel better in general. I have tried gyms, pilates classes and personal trainers etc. but nothing compares to how I feel when I go to my Barre3 classes! The classes are always a struggle for me, they get my heart pumping, my legs shaking and the sweat dripping! I absolutely love the way I feel walking out of there every single time. The entire staff are so friendly and down to earth they make me feel really comfortable and don't judge if I need to modify any part of the workout at any time because they realize that listening to your body is key, and everybody's body is different!
