reFORM Pilates Studios South Carolina

I LOVED my first class today! Everyone was so warm and welcoming, I felt right at home in their clean and beautiful studio! The class was fantastic and, the instructor Karie was great! She took the time to help with poses when needed and provided great inspiration to "keep going" even when my brain was saying I needed to take a break. I bought a pass for more classes while I was there, and I can't wait to go back! Thank you Barre3! #barre3

I was in search of a workout I could really be passionate about, do without dreading and would make me feel better in general. I have tried gyms, pilates classes and personal trainers etc. but nothing compares to how I feel when I go to my Barre3 classes! The classes are always a struggle for me, they get my heart pumping, my legs shaking and the sweat dripping! I absolutely love the way I feel walking out of there every single time. The entire staff are so friendly and down to earth they make me feel really comfortable and don't judge if I need to modify any part of the workout at any time because they realize that listening to your body is key, and everybody's body is different!
