I have so much love for Barre3 Louisville - Frankfort Avenue. Between the gorgeous studio and friendly staff and instructors, I love coming here (even at 6am!). The workouts are so much fun that the hour literally flies by and I always leave filling fulfilled and energized from the class. All of the instructors are amazing - they do a phenomenal job leading the classes and encouraging you to push yourself harder. I especially love taking classes with Nikki, the owner of the studio, and Jenny! I bring my friends here whenever I have a chance because I want them to experience how much I love being a member of this Barre3 studio. I highly recommend taking advantage of their new student deals and checking out the studio!

The staff is energetic, knowledgeable, fun and focused on your individual needs. The studio is immaculately clean and inviting. There are so many class offerings to fit your schedule and a wide range of class payment options. More importantly, there are participants of all ages and stages and I felt absolutely no pressure to be anywhere but where I was skill wise. Highly recommend!!

Barre3 combines moves and postures from both pilates and yoga with the use of a ballet barre. The instructors take the time to ensure you are in the proper form and alignment, which is followed by exercises in both small and large ranges of motion. Anyone can do barre3 --instructors always offer alternative moves if you need less of a challenge, but also always give additional layers to make the exercise more challenging too. My favorite part of barre3 is the ability to tailor my workout each class to how I am feeling that day, be it that I need a challenging workout or a restorative workout. Owner / Instructor Nikki and instructor Bethany are great! I love leaving class feeling energized and ready to take on the rest of the day!

I leave each class feeling refreshed, empowered, grounded, inspired, and stronger than I did before. Each class is challenging, in a way that helps me find my balance & strengthen my core. It is a total mind, body, & soul workout! I signed up right away & look forward to each class!
