SAFE, SUPPORTIVE & NON COMPETATIVE YOGA
At Park City Yoga Studio, we specialize in small, intimate classes taught by highly qualified and accomplished instructors. Our goal is to offer a safe, supportive and non-competitive environment where students can practice the tools to change and improve their health and well being.
By focusing on quality instruction, we believe this allows the student to find a greater awareness of who they are, in their own time and at their own pace.
We provide the student with a variety of options in a non-dogmatic, non-judgmental approach with the belief that yoga should be accessible to all people regardless of their experience or current fitness level.
Our studio provides a serene and spiritually uplifting setting in which each class is presented with the spirit of yoga in mind.
Why People Love Us
A friend and I took a Hatha class with Lisa on Sunday morning and absolutely loved it. I practice Bikram regularly and my friend often does Pilates so neither of us quite knew what to expect. We enjoyed both the strength building and meditative quality of the practice, and Lisa is a very strong and knowledgeable instructor. She has the ability to explain positioning/alignment in such a way that you just get it and she helps you get away from a competitive practice. Her set ups are deliberate and she has a sense of humor, making the class very enjoyable. Other pluses- the studio is clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was very pleasant. I will definitely be back! -E.K., Venice, CA
