I returned to Houston after only 3 nights at this retreat, more balanced and self aware than after any other 'vacation' I have ever taken. My wife and I just got back from this retreat and had a great time. We learned a lot and enjoyed the Yoga class. I did happen to break out in a laughing episode that became a bit contagious during one of the Yoga classes. Oh, the butternut squash & rice was one of the best dinners ever!v
