OUR PRACTICE Yoga as described by the Sage Patanjali, dates back to the Vedas and includes guides for the practice of yoga both on the mat and in your life. In the west many styles of yoga are practiced, all with similar goals including health and relaxation, strength and flexibility, in both body and mind. At Bombay, we bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to a variety of classes. We believe yoga is for everyone, at any level, as a physical practice for health, as a spiritual practice for living, or both. Our variety of classes offer an opportunity to find your style, build a lifelong yoga practice that grows with you, and become part of a holistic community of diverse yogis. We offer both traditional non-heated hatha vinyasa style yoga classes including vinyasa yoga, ashtanga yoga, gentle flow, yin and core as well as modern hot power yoga and hot vinyasa classes throughout the week. We also offer private instruction for you or your group, yoga teacher training and workshops with yoga continuing education credit, yoga adventure retreats and more!
