After just the 1st class I knew that Body & Brain Yoga was exactly what I had been searching for. I was not looking for the standard yoga class but rather something that was achievable and sustainable throughout the rest of my life. I wanted to have flexibility, balance and energy throughout each day as well as a clear mind with a desire to learn new things. These classes teach just those things with lots of laughter and a sense of personal attention to my specific needs. I finish every class looking forward to the next and ready to take on any challenges that await me.
