barre3 Physical Fitness Yoga

I love the team at this studio. I started coming because a friend invited me and I found a Groupon. (Isn't that how it usually works?) I hadn't been taking care of myself and was on the road to getting strong. It only took one class for me to know this was the place for me. When I started I was closed-off and stayed in the back of the studio. I worked hard, but kept to myself. Today, I still work hard, but I'm in the front of the studio and wide-open. I'm stronger, have greater focus, I feel lighter and have so much sunshine in my life. The instructors are thoughtful, challenging, fun and the music is on point. The studio is clean, the parking is easy and everyone is just so great. Barre3 has changed my life and I'm incredibly thankful for the tribe at this studio. Truly grateful!!

I have been going to Barre3 morning classes @ Circle C for a few months now and I am totally obsessed with this routine. All the instructors are amazing and I love their grace, vibe and energy. They explain the workout well, make us connect to our body, motivate us to push hard and challenge our limits and I absolutely love the feeling of a sense of accomplishment I get when I finish my class everyday. Simply the best way to start the day! A big shout out to this team!!!
