My mom, uncle, and I attended when they had a free trial and we didn’t expect the experience to be so fun. We are on the process of selecting a plan to go to this site specifically more. We only had one session so far where we did cardio which is fun and encouraging because we did the exercise as a group with an instructor who was a good sense of humor! I know this place has so much more to offer so we see what’s yet to be discovered for us! Master Julia was open and honest!

Great place to start Your day by rising positive and healing energy(vibration) in the morning and relax. Also my daughter enjoys the kids class very much on Thursday evnings. Very friendly staff and overall nice and clean place..
