It is for young and old, athletes, dancers, women who are pregnant or rebounding from pregnancy, or those in post rehabilitation - all can realize the benefits of Pilates.
Through core strengthening, torso stabilization, along with the six principles of the Pilates method: centering, control, flow, breath, precision, and concentration, this exercise method sets itself apart from many other types of exercise. You will feel rejuvenated, not fatigued. Your body will be developed more uniformly, wrong postures are corrected and balance is improved. Your body will feel freed from nervous tension.
