Classic Pilates Body Studio

We are a spacious studio offering traditional workouts in a calm, relaxed atmosphere where clients can focus on their workout and get the most out of their time in the studio. We offer private and duet pilates sessions. Classic Pilates Body offers Brentwood, Santa Monica and the Westside area sessions on hard to find and reknowned Gratz equipment (designed originally by Joseph Pilates himself). You’ll get to work out on the reformer, wunda chair, cadillac, the electric chair and every additional piece of apparatus we can think of. We also have over 14 designated client parking spcaes in the morning, 4 permanent spaces and ample metered (and free) street parking.

Our instructors are all classically trained by Jill Cassady who herself was taught by Romana Kryzanowska in NYC. Our program encompasses hundreds of hours of training before becoming certified to teach so all instructors are at their best and extremely knowledgeable.

With so many inferior teaching programs out there now it is important to have an instructor who is classically trained in such an intensive program as the program our instructors all come from- Pilates Technique Certification. We are taught such a large repetoire of exercises to take our clients through years of instruction and still have new, advanced exercises to offer them.

Our core philosophy at Classic Pilates Body is to provide responsible and challenging workouts that will help our clients achieve the best results. Our studio boasts certified, approachable teachers who each provide a high level of instruction and who love what they do.

In return, we always welcome feedback from our clients because at the end of the day, we are here to serve you and help you reach the goals you have for your body.We personally tailor each client’s pilates session as to their needs, while still staying true to the pilates method- after all we have hundred’s of exercises to choose from in the traditional/classical style taught here at CPB! We have worked hard to make CPB a comfortable place that our clients find to be a great reprieve from the demands of the day. We’ve made working out affordable and fun while maintaining integrity in instruction.

So you can work individually with an instructor, or bring in a friend and doing a duet session together.Now the Westside, Brentwood, Santa Monica (we even have clients who come from the Valley they love us so much) have true traditional pilates studio to enjoy.
