The Art of Living Retreat Center is delightful. From its spacious dining and meditation halls to its landscape and mountaintop view you are on top of the world. The staff is kind and friendly. The programs and activities available are numerous. You can choose to have a laid-back weekend to simply reset, or you can immerse into self-realization and self-love. My wife and I chose to get away for the weekend here to replenish our energies with yoga classes and treatments at the spa which all exceeded our expectations! Last but not least, the food was wonderful, you can taste the love that went into preparing it. This place offered more than just food for the body, it offered food for the soul. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends.

My stay was spectacular. As many have already commented... everyone there is SO nice and ready to be of service. The food was good. My room in Zambezi (on the 3rd floor) was so comfortable and had an amazing view. The lower floors are blocked by trees, FYI.

I love the Art of Living Retreat Center. I do an annual retreat with a few of the empowering women in my life. The Art of Living Retreat Center has changed my life. While I am a work in process, the Art of Living Retreat Center has given me the tools to enhance my life. Love, love, love it! This is where I enhanced my skills in meditation, learned deep breathing techniques that helps me to focus and relieve stress, and where I got my first Shirodhara Relaxation Therapy. The Shirodhara Relaxation Therapy involves a constant stream of warm oil between the eyes....it is amazing! It gives you a level of creativity and focus like none other. I can't wait to rejuvenate.

I'm an international student in US and of all the places I've visited so far, this one is the best. Art of Living Retreat Center in Boone really does make you feel at home with its lovely people, spiritual atmosphere, delicious cuisine, cozy rooms, health and wellness events and lush scenery. If you have not visited it yet, you really are missing something great in life. So do visit it everyone!

I have attended two programs here at the Art of Living Retreat Center. In April 2016, I participated in the Panchakarma class. It was life changing for sure. The staff teaches you how to eat for your body type.
