Namaste, As many of you have heard, Somerville’s Full Circle Yoga and Yoga Loka of Frenchtown have merged. I am very excited to see these two communities come together. I have always loved Somerville and find there is a wonderful commonality between the two towns. It benefits everyone when we unite with other people who enjoy practicing yoga. You will find many familiar faces on the weekly class schedule and, over time, some new ones. Ken Doyle, Helga Nashed and I will be adding some classes over the next few weeks. Kelly Harth will offer Yoga for Cancer Care classes at the studio in addition to the ones she teaches at Steeple Chase Cancer Center. Look for weekday morning classes and maybe even a lunch time Yoga Express! We also intend to add Yoga for Veterans, Prenatal Yoga, and therapeutic classes such as Yoga for Back Care, Structural Yoga Therapy, and TRE (Tension and Trauma Reducing Exercises). We will soon accept credit cards for payment both online and at the studio. You will be able to book classes and purchase class blocks and gift cards online too. You can still pay by cash and check, of course, just remember to make checks out to Yoga Loka. In October, the fee structure will change a bit, too. Drop-in classes will increase to $17, however current Full Circle students will continue to pay $15 until 2016, with a discount code (contact studio for code). Class blocks can reduce your costs when you commit to more classes within a specific time frame. Auto renew can be a great deal, too, if you attend classes two to three times a week. And class blocks are honored in both Frenchtown and Somerville.
