barre3 Physical Fitness Pilates North

I love Barre3!!! After going off to school and coming home I was shocked that the instructors knew my name! Very friendly instructors who want you to work hard and do your best!

I have never worked out, and after my second child my body didn't bounce back the way I wanted it to. I started doing barre at barre3, and got benefits I didn't even know I was going to get! I feel better, have more energy, and I get rid of all of my stress and anger during each class. I try to go 5 times per week, all of the instructors and staff are amazing. The Play Lounge is a major plus, my kids love coming to barre with me!
