Onyx Yoga Studio

The teachers are great at leading and explaining the movement through the postures. I love their energy. I always learn something new. I always leave each class feeling like it’s exactly what I needed!

I have been to quite a few studios and I really like this one. I love the atmosphere, the teachers, and the variety and volume of different classes they have. They are very welcoming. I would love to do a teacher training here.

It was my first time in a very long time taking a yoga class and it was great. Sandy set me up with everything I needed, explained how the class would run and made me very comfortable to ask questions, etc. Also, everyone was very welcoming and it’s a great space!

A very comfortable atmosphere with excellent teachers. You can get anything from gentle yoga to hot yoga to hard core power hour. Teachers are fabulous, always suggest modifications to difficult positions if you are unable to do them and truly seem to live the philosophy they teach!!

I cannot say enough good things about this studio and its staff. As an overweight yoga beginner in their thirties I speak from experience when I say they have classes that are possible and challenging for all levels of yoga. Come practice!
