Yoga By Rony

Rony fell in love with yoga the first time she stepped foot on her mat 15 years ago. Yoga is the one thing that has helped her stay grounded through all of life's trials and tribulations. She is E-500 RYT certified in teaching Yoga through Corepower Yoga, Loyola Marymount University and Wanderlust Hollywood. She specializes in Therapeutic Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin/Restorative Yoga. Rony focuses primarily on private yoga sessions where she tailors the class specifically to her client's needs and personal goals. She has successfully merged her passion of travel with her passion to teach yoga and has led numerous international retreats to Tulum, Costa Rica, Italy, New York and Bali, in addition to monthly themed day retreats from her home base in Los Angeles, California. 

Rony is passionate about teaching yoga to all levels through the connection of mind, body and soul. Her accessible teaching style, energy and motivation to challenge people, draws in students from all backgrounds and levels. What sets Rony apart from other teachers is her class sequencing, her hands on adjustments and the supportive, compassionate and non-judgmental space she creates. Rony completed a 2-year program in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and infuses her learnings into her day-to-day teachings, which supports her students on an even deeper level of growth and healing.
