Cindy, Siri Bani Kaur, Ludlam is Co-Founder of Kundalini Yoga Brattleboro and You Go Girl Yoga. As a wellness coach, visual art and yoga teacher, trainer, author and speaker, she has had the opportunity to learn a great deal of practical and useful tools. Sharing all she has learned and benefited from has become her passion! Siri Bani is committed to helping people of all ages become the absolute BEST version of themselves. She specializes in facilitating quick change from the inside out; dissolving the mental and emotional blocks that keep us stuck in negative patterns so we are able to enjoy a happy, empowered life. Kundalini Yoga Instructor, a certified Level 2 Radiant Child Yoga Instructor and a certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and has been practicing many styles (Kundalini, Power, Flow, Bikram, Ashtanga) of yoga as well as teaching art and yoga for over two decades. In addition to teaching yoga, Siri Bani Kaur is an artist, former art instructor and a field associate in the Art and Education Department at Boston University. She received her BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and her MFA from The College of Fine Arts at Boston University. She has taught art at Boston University, Monserrat College of Art, the Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School and in the Waldorf Schools. She is the former Dean of Faculty at the Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School. Siri Bani Kaur is a well-respected member of the Boston community, with experience in creating and managing For-Profit and For-Purpose organizations. As the owner of Kundalini Yoga Boston, in Harvard Square, she cultivated a safe and supportive community environment focused on love, dignity, and service. This powerful “Yoga of Awareness†offers the tools and disciplines for reinvigorating health and mental wellbeing. She has offered free services to homeless, poor, and emotionally-compromised members of the community, in an effort to provide this yogic technology to those who could benefit most. She is a teacher in many capacities, with a love of sharing her knowledge, experience, and inspiration with everyone she meets. The teacher-training program at Kundalini Yoga Boston was one of the most well-respected in this national yoga community, and speaks to the respect with which she holds the role of teacher and mentor. As former Dean of Faculty, Gallery Director at Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School and former dorm-head, Siri Bani used her empathy as a mother, sister, daughter and wife, to address the many needs and challenges with love and compassion. Her strength is developing curriculums and programs, and she has used this skill to create a variety of high school and college classes and programs. Her fundraising efforts have been supported by Gisele Bundchen and other powerhouse women in Kundalini Yoga and the field of feminine power.
