At ASMY, we give all our meditation courses and classes for free or by donation because everyone should have the opportunity to receive the gift meditation and experience the amazing benefits that meditation has to offer. We have meditation courses for those who want to learn to practice at home and ‘Deep Peace‘ fully guided sessions that will transport you to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart.
