Breathe is a yoga and pilates studio located across two locations in Melbourne CBD.We offer reformer pilates classes, clinical pilates (small group), yoga, barre classes, functional fitness, spin class and boxing. Our yoga classes include meditation, beginner, Iyengar, flow, slow flow and yin yoga.

The first of our studios, open since 2007. Fully equipped with STOTT Pilates equipment for our private and clinical Pilates sessions and eighteen reformer beds for group classes. Our yoga studio is light filled and spacious with timber floors and mats, bolsters, blocks and straps provided. This studio is host to all our yoga and small group classes, along with reformer Pilates and barre.
