We are passionate about sharing an intelligent yoga practice through evidence based mindful movement, breath work, meditation, lifestyle practices and education in our Teacher Trainings. Our approach combines current science with ancient wisdom and experience to provide a yoga practice that give you the tools, techniques and education to support the needs of a modern yogi. Our approach aims to speak to your body and mind, creating resilience, longevity, strength and ultimately a healthy version of yourself. Online Classes We have a library of over 50+ classes ready for you practice anywhere, anytime. Our classes include our signature Yogi Strength Classes, Peak flow, Base Flow, Active Flexibility and Yin + Myofascial Release Classes. Our classes will align your body and mind and encourage you to explore your potential. Teacher Training The Axis Yoga Online 200 Hour Teacher Training led by Head Facilitator Amelia Schrader will get you Teacher ready and take your practice to the next level. The course is certified with Yoga Alliance and will provide you with the knowledge, understanding and practical skills to teach intelligent, safe and mindful classes. Workshops The Axis Yoga Workshops are specialised yoga offerings that dive in a little deeper on a particular focus area, peak posture, posture family or specific intention. These longer format or intensive yoga offerings give you more time to hone in on targeted tools, skills and techniques that will elevate your practice and take it to another level.
