The principal, Mrs Lang, was a student of Mr B.K.S. Iyengar in India, attending workshops for over 10 years and uses her knowledge and experience to train her team of qualified teachers in the correct methods and practices of Iyengar style Yoga. The centre also offers a specialised beginner class teacher who is fluent in Chinese to teach correct poses and to help integrate students into the main classes when ready. You will also learn exercises that teach you the correct way to breathe and relax.
