We collaborate with many of the local allied health professionals including Osteopaths, Doctors, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors. Enjoy individual attention (no more than four in a group) from our highly qualified instructors all trained through the Australian Pilates Method Association, Polestar Pilates Australia or Stott Pilates. Our APMA accredited studio is peaceful and bright with a relaxed atmosphere. Pilates taught in a traditional studio environment with highly qualified practitioners placing an emphasis on individual needs and goals. Studio owner Catherine Watts Catherine graduated in from the Victorian College of the Arts in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts, specialising in dance. She began Pilates in 1989 as a dance student and has continued practising ever since. Catherine has taught Pilates professionally since 1998, she has a Diploma of Pilates movement therapy and gain level 4 Australian Pilates Method Association instructor certification. She has also studied with Polestar pilates. She has extensive experience in the fitness industry, injury rehabilitation, rehabilitation from chronic back pain, sports injuries and holistic wellbeing. Studio owner Grant Breuer Grant started his career in the health industry as a remedial massage therapist and fitness instructor over a decade ago and began teaching Pilates in 2003. Grant has a sports massage certificate and a Diploma of Health Science in Remedial Massage. He has worked along side many physiotherapists in private practise and also spent 4 years working with Hawthorn football club.
