WELCOME TO CLIFTON HILL PILATES & REHAB Clifton Hill Pilates & Rehab is dedicated to clinical excellence and innovation, offering comprehensive exercise and rehabilitation programs from its beautifully inspiring Melbourne fringe studio in Clifton Hill. Known for their friendly and personable approach, our Physiotherapists and Instructors conduct classes in small groups to promote a greater learning and interaction. Experienced physiotherapists are available to provide 1:1 consultations for clients. Instructors are selected based upon exceptional knowledge and skill utilising the full repertoire of Physiotherapy, Pilates and exercise apparatus. CLIENT PATHWAYS/ MODEL OF CARE Our goal is excellence in movement education for our clients using Clinical Pilates. The pathway you take to this goal as our client is determined by your particular circumstances. You might need to have an injury or chronic problem assessed and managed clinically by one of our physiotherapists using clinical pilates. These are individual or 1:2 sessions and are claimable on private health insurance. When the injury has been resolved or the problem stabilized you may progress to studio pilates with one of our pilates instructors (the majority of our instructors are physiotherapists), so you can maintain your health and prevent your injury reoccurring. CONTACT US An initial assessment with our physiotherapist is required before joining our Studio Classes. Appointments can be made by online bookings, by email or phone.
