Our Studio Clifton Hill Yoga Studio was been awarded Iyengar Yoga Institute status in 2020. Marina Jung joined CHYS in 2007 and is our senior teacher. We teach our classes in the traditional Iyengar Yoga method, a style of yoga that is focused on correct alignment and postural awareness. We run 40 yoga classes throughout the week in our two main studios, from Beginner courses to Advanced Level 3 classes. We have a General class at 10am every day of the year, so come along and try a class. Our courses are developed by our senior teacher Marina Jung, one of Australia’s most senior Iyengar yoga teachers with over 25 years of teaching experience.
