Core Physio + Pilates consists of a team of expert physiotherapists, osteopaths + myotherapists who provide exceptional care through detailed assessment, treatment + education for all clients. We ensure our clients receive the highest quality, evidence based treatment physiotherapists, osteopaths + myotherapists take a holistic approach to client care, addressing both their symptoms and any underlying causes or preconditions to ensure their quick and lasting recovery. Core was established in 2009, to provide the unique combination of physiotherapy and Pilates. Over the years Core has expanded and grown, adding new specialties, making us a market leader in the treatment of injury management, rehabilitation and ongoing fitness. Reformer Pilates Classes Core is known for fast paced, highly energetic reformer classes run with inspiring music by our expert Physiotherapists + Myotherapists. These classes are varied, to keep them fun and fresh! They are a great workout for all fitness levels – from the beginner to the elite athlete. Our reformer class numbers are small, with a maximum of 8 people, in order to ensure that you receive expert instruction, guidance and precision from our Physios + Myos. Smaller classes allow our physiotherapists to give you individualised attention and combined with our specialised understanding of the human body, you will achieve the most effective and efficient workout. Reformer classes are aimed at increasing core strength, flexibility, body awareness, general strength and well-being. These classes are ideal for clients who do not require an individualised program and do not have a current/acute injury.
