ABOUT JAYDE Jayde has been teaching pilates for over 10 years now after arriving back in Australia following a successful career overseas. Jayde’s background is predominantly in dance where she has spent many years abroad gaining experience in a multitude of dance genres. Jayde’s studio is in Melbourne and currently supports many clients who share the same passion and love of exercise to achieve healthy lifestyle goals. STUDIO PILATES CLASSES TAILORED TO EACH INDIVIDUAL Our JD Pilates Studio sessions are tailored to each individual. All new clients will start off with an initial one hour Private session. In this Initial Private session a program will be written up for you that will be tailored to your body, with any goals that you may have and any injuries you may be working through. REFORMER PILATES CLASSES INCREASE STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY JD pilates reformer classes are new to the Rialto towers. They are Modern, technical, tailored resistance workouts on reformer beds with a maximum of 6 persons per class. Small class sizes means that you still get individual corrections and quality. JD pilates classes focus on fluid movements increasing strength and flexibility whilst also improving alignment, balance and full body toning. WORKOUT ANYTIME, ANYWHERE If you work long hours, are busy with family, if you’re going on holidays or simply can’t fit in with gym timetables then JD Pilates Live steam Pilates classes might be a good option for you.
