Our dedicated instructors are expertly trained through Elixr School of Pilates, and are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise in our dedicated Reformer studios and Mat studios.
Our Yoga teachers are all committed to their discipline, with each having travelled their own yoga journey before finding their resting place at KÄ€YA. Here, our teachers will guide you through Yoga as they see it; as a way of life. You will not just participate in a class; you will be immersed in an experience, with styles including Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and Meditation, to bring stillness into your day.
