Our Mitcham yoga studio is light and beautiful, with skyline views all the way to the Dandenongs. With bespoke plywood furniture, white bamboo floorboards and a specially commissioned wallpaper mural taken from our magical local coastline, the studio will relax and calm your senses from the moment you enter. Our blankets, bolsters and eye pillows have been designed by Sage x Clare and were individually block printed by hand to create something very special for you.
About Us
Created by mother-daughter team, Susan and Clare, Light Space Yoga is inspired by a fresh and contemporary approach to yoga. We have studios in Balwyn and Mitcham, and Ivanhoe. We offer Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Basics, Meditation and Yin yoga, as well as Prenatal, Mums & Bubs, and Kids Yoga classes.
Our yoga classes are perfect for both beginner and advanced students, and offer a balance for the physical and mental stresses of our modern day lives.
