A low impact, athletic class incorporating elements of cardio, strength training and yoga. Expect the heart rate to spike, muscles to burn, get ready to sweat and have fun. These 50 minute reformer classes include a yoga inspired stretch and flow to finish. Athletic Plus Our signature class is reformer pilates with a little more. Its the same low impact, athletic reformer class yet the spring options are heavier, the intensity is up and recovery is had during the brief set up for the next exercise. This 50 minute reformer classes include a yoga inspired stretch and flow to finish. Athletic + 15 Flow This is our 50min Athletic Lite class with an extended 15min yoga inspired flow to finish on the Mat next to your reformer. You’ll stretch out any sore and tired muscles plus get a chance to connect and check back in with yourself. The perfect class to get your full body workout in and finish up with a relaxed body and calmed mind at the end of a long day.. Good tunes. Good vibes. Studio policies for everybody Stay away from the studio if you have symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has. Be mindful to cancel your class outside the 9 hour window if you at all feel you maybe unable to attend.
