It is the most phenomenal piece of equipment to be released into the Pilates marketplace for many years, allowing a diverse and functional range of repertoire to be performed with the 9 horizontal and multiple position footbar. The A2 has incorporated features such as the new soft touch rope system and an integrated head-rest. Overall, the A2 is a dynamic versatile evolution of the classic Pilates reformer, allowing for a powerful upper body workout while still maintaining the traditional reformer focus of toning lengthening and reshaping the whole body. The EXO® Chair re-imagines the traditional Pilates Chair and delivers a unique and fun, full-body workout. This gives you a host of new exercises not possible with any other chair – including many that could previously be done only on a Reformer – and offers a challenging cardio/aerobic workout.
The new split pedal option adds reciprocal and rotational movements for a more robust exercise repertoire.
