Bettina attended her first yoga class in 1994 and over the years, has experienced various styles of yoga including Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Yoga has become a way of life for her and since the completion of her Teacher Training in 2011 and membership with Yoga Australia, she is joyfully and energetically sharing her passion with everyone that comes to the mat around the Mornington Peninsula, including Frankston, Frankston South, Mt Eliza, Mt Martha and Mornington.
At The Art of Balance the focus is you! Bettina reflects that philosophy, in that she always offers choices in her yoga classes, always encouraging her yoga students to listen to their bodies, to make the yoga practice suit their individual bodies and needs, coming away from external perfection. Always keeping her students safe.Yes, she inspires her students to taking a physical challenge, finding the steadiness in the pose and then allowing softness and stillness to come into the body. And most of all to have fun! Bettina’s energy, passion and connection with her students is truly remarkable.
