Its become so much more than just a yoga studio ! It feels like a second home and my extended family. These past three years since I joined have been not on incredibly gratifying mentally and emotionally but physically I have never felt better in my entire life. I’m 58 this year however I’m beginning to feel my physical age is going backwards. I wish this feeling on everyone , it’s incredible !??

The Western Wellness yoga teacher training is very well presented with plenty of handout material as well as very good set texts. The social tone of the classes was friendly and warm with no sense of alienation though with the necessary discipline to carry us through all of the content, which is quite wide ranging. The instructors are thoroughly experienced and well versed in what they are teaching. They advise graduates on what to do next to gain teaching experience, so we are not left to struggle with that on our own. I strongly encourage people interested to visit Western Wellness to discover the positive ambience.

Best yoga teacher's ever, who teach not only from books but also from their experiences as well..n the staff is amazing too. I love all their classes..specially Laura's meditation classes.....Highly recommended. Whenever I attend my Sunday class (Diploma of Yoga Teaching Training) I feel the connection with my own-self, which I lost in taking care of my family n others. Very positive, clean n well presented atmosphere.. Finally, Special Thanks to Stuart and Danielle: as their teaching skills are amazing and give me a positive journey throughout this course.

My experience studying with Western Wellness has been amazing. Completing the Diploma of Yoga Teaching has given me more knowledge of self, the asanas, history of Yoga and the confidence to be a great Yoga teacher. Honestly cannot fault anything with the teachers, the school and environment or other. Highly recommended to study and practice Yoga and Meditation here!

A little over a year ago I enrolled at Western Wellnes to complete a Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training. I had no idea at the time how much this course would help me on such a deep personal level. The course content was so much more than just learing how to teach yoga poses and has such a positive impact on my life. Danielle and Stuart are fantastic teachers and mentors and add a very personal aspect to the experience. The support from them and their staff along with the other students made this a totally unforgetable experience. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to become a yoga teacher or if you are looking for a journey to help you find yourself then this course is a definate must. I also highly recommend the yoga classes at Western Wellness they are very well structured and the teachers are fantastic. When you walk into Western Wellness you are always greeted by the freinfly staff and teachers and made to feel like you are at home. The studio is like entering into a safe haven. Thank you to Danielle, Stuart and all the staff and teachers for such a wonderful experience.
