Simply Flow classes are a fusion of breath and movement – vinyasa in style and suitable for beginners keen on pursuing a regular yoga practice as well as looking to diffuse any tension in the body and mind. All classes are 60-minutes. Power Flow Power Flow classes are open to all levels and are dynamic and energetic sequences designed to increase strength and flexibility linked with breath and movement. Classes are 60 and 90-minutes in length.
