Yoga XTC Philosophy

Hatha Yoga
This style of yoga resembles a dance and focuses on alignment. As you move through a series of postures, the body and breath are synchronised. Class pace can be fast or slow. The diversity of this yoga style provides ample room for creative sequencing to make the practice effective and fun.
