Balance Moves is a boutique Pilates and Barre fitness studio in the heart of iconic Bondi Beach, in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. We specialise in group Pilates and Barre Attack classes and Private sessions for individuals and duets. We keep our classes fresh by using the latest, cutting-edge equipment including a full range of traditional Gratz based Basil equipment from New York, and various props such as Pilates arcs, Sliding discs, Balance beams, Elastics, Pilates balls, Magic circles and Reformers.
Balance Moves was founded in 2001 and has been teaching Bondi locals, visiting Pilates and Barre enthusiasts and a range of domestic and international celebrities since the day it opened.The studio director, Renee Scott, danced with the Hamburg Ballet before completing her Pilates training in New York under Joseph Pilates’ renowned disciple, Romana Kryzanowska. Balance Moves is also the home of Australia’s very own Barre method, ‘Barre Attack‘ which was created by Renee and is now taught in about 100 locations all over Australia.
