Who is BodyMindLife?
BodyMindLife was born from our desire to empower transformation through the practice of Yoga, Pilates and Meditation.We welcome people of all experience levels with over 300 classes available weekly at our studios in Surry Hills, Bondi Beach, Redfern and Potts Point. Our teachers are highly skilled and facilities are world class. We offer free wifi and herbal tea, secure lockers, and showers and change rooms equipped with organic wash products, hair dryers and straighteners.
Our Yoga Teacher Training programs are accredited at the 200, 350 and 500 hour levels, conducted by our diverse teaching team in purpose-built training facilities. We encourage our community to learn it, live it, teach it with regular workshops, events and trainings.
