From face to face to online teaching, one on one sessions via skype, articles and “how to†guides, we will help you learn and discover everything you need to know to maximise your Pilates training.
We offer online Pilates classes for you to do in the comfort of your own home and at a time that is convenient to you. Our motto is to “Educate.Inspire.Encourage†and that’s what we hope to do for you on your Pilates journey.Kristy Moore is the founder of Flow Pilates Australia Online Pilates Studio and our main instructor for our videos. Kristy has been involved in the Fitness Industry since 1994, having studied to be a gym instructor while in Year 11 at school. Originally starting out as a Personal Trainer, she was introduced to Pilates while working and training in London and discovered her passion. STOTT trained and certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates (and more recently on the Cadillac too), Kristy has been dedicated to teaching Pilates for over ten years and has a very unique style which relies on the “flow†of exercises. She not only teaches clients “how†to do it but always educates them as to “why†as well. With education as her passion she is always updating and refreshing her knowledge with workshops and courses and aims to get the most out of your Pilates workout. She now has two beautiful daughters and after the experience of both pregnancies also specialises in both Pre natal and Post Natal Pilates. She would love for you to join her on your mat and try one of her classes.
