First Pilates teaches the classic Pilates method according to Joseph H. Pilates. In our main studio in Baden we offer a varied training program, both on the mat (Matwork) and on the Pilates equipment with different training levels. WHAT IS PILATES? Pilates is a workout that focuses on strength, stability and agility. All exercises begin with a strong powerhouse, meaning all the muscles around the pelvis and the trunk. Strong trunk muscles help with problems in the joints to better stabilize them and make them more resilient. FOR WHOM IS PILATES SUITABLE? Pilates is suitable for all ages. Our youngest customer is 7 years old and our oldest customer is 92 years old. Since Pilates is trained with controlled exercises and with an exclusive coach supervision, the age is not decisive. Especially in prevention, this training method is excellent, but it is also very successful, accompanied by physiotherapeutic treatments.
