Welcoming and very competent service, closely taken care of by the owners themselves, Aline and Sofia. The other members of the team are equally pleasant and well prepared. I am a Pilates student and my quality of life changed for the better after I started taking classes at Studio Bem Estar.

The studio and super qualified professionals are wonderful! Classes are always done with a focus on the student and with great affection. Very light and motivating environment. Frequent Pilates practice is helping me with body strengthening and balance. With that I can reach my goal of training tennis without injuries and muscle pain. I highly recommend.
