I love pilates classes and look forward to them every week. I started to feel the difference in mobility quickly and since I started I haven't had any more pain / compression in my neck, I highly recommend it! In addition to the very pleasant environment, in contact with nature, Tati is extremely attentive! If you want a perfect environment for decompression, this is the place!

The space is incredible! I will never be able to take a class without being out there in the open air, on the grass. Great location near Ibiraquera park. Tati is phenomenal and an expert in the field of pilates. She adapts the class to the level of each student taking into account their goals. Need to know the space!!!!
