I've been doing Pilates at Espaço Corpo for over 4 years and I wouldn't change it for anything, the teachers are great!!! I've had treatment for ankle, hip and shoulder injuries and they've all been very effective. And the massages are great too, I'm a cranial fan 😍. I recommend!!!
