I highly recommend it... the place is very well equipped, the schedules are well organized. The team is wonderful, super attentive, they set up the class according to our health difficulties... really fantastic. I improved a lot with the classes.

I recommend, the exercises are according to the student's level, from the most basic to the most difficult, the teachers are very attentive, always encouraging you to do the exercise correctly and seeking your best potential. The appliances are good, new, everything is always sanitized and with precautions to prevent covid. Studio Note 10!!! It is worth it.

I've been going to the Studio for a few years now, interrupting only during the pandemic and it was in this nice, clean and well run place that I felt good about exercising after trying gyms, swimming etc. Ailda is a great teacher and very patient but, at the same time, “it doesn't take a lot of work”, Aline and Luana follow the same rhythm and everything works very well. And to ease our effort, a cup of coffee accompanied by delicious cookies is available. Isn't it too good??? I adore!
