I have been a yoga practitioner at this unit of Instituto Sivananda - DLS Brasil for some time now. The teachers are excellent, extremely qualified and welcoming. The environment is peaceful and conducive to a complete yoga practice in the traditional way.

This school is excellent, the teachers are well trained and very professional, following the traditional methods of Guru Sw. Sivananda. Classes take place in a peaceful and harmonious environment. I love.
