I've been practicing Pilates for a while now and with teacher Tatiana I feel confident, she's a great professional, who always brings new, challenging exercises. Now that I'm pregnant, I do exercises with her under her guidance, aimed at this moment. I am very satisfied and I recommend this studio :)

The studio is well equipped, new equipment and the teacher Tatiana is very good. Attentive, competent, proposes exercises according to the needs of each one and is very careful. My chronic pain has improved a lot and I can see important changes in my body since I started doing Pilates. Highly recommended studio!
