I called more than once in several days, in different units, I went to the pereira Leite unit and rang the intercom several times, clapped my hands and shouted in addition to standing there for 10 minutes with no answer. So I decided to send an email with no response either. Perhaps it is a strategy for people who really need meditation even more, but it gives a bad impression to those who want to enjoy the service.
