I work for a multinational company and we have an office close to Omega and it was recommended to by a Brazilian colleague. I am quite particular in terms of the places I use as I have a long term sports injury problem. I have been there 4 times now for a sports massage. The staff are polite and speak English, price is competitive (in particular when you convert it to dollars!) and the place has a nice professional feel to it. Can highly recommend this place for a relaxing massage at the end of your day/week in Sao Paulo.

I've been doing gel nails for over three years at this location and I'm very satisfied with the service, which has a fair price. For a year now, on medical advice, I've also been doing Pilates with excellent results. The atmosphere is super nice and cozy. Aline and her team are very cheerful, receptive and competent. I do Functional Training there, teachers are super dedicated and focused on results. I've been training somewhere else close by for a long time. The place was nice but they didn't update the equipment for a long time. I wasn't offered any discounts after several years there so I decided to switch to Omega. The price was more competitive, but the level was better and the equipment was more modern. I'm someone usually pretty lazy with changes!! But this time it was worth investigating the alternatives.
