Very good!!! I entered Pilates on crutches with chronic osteoarthritis and without two ligaments in my left ankle, due to an accident. In my first month of Pilates, I didn't even believe in such an evolution, where I can already take small walks without the crutch. , I just have to thank Pure Pilates and Elaine for what they are giving me. Bad experience I booked a trial class at the Perdizes unit today at noon. I arrived at the site and was informed by the concierge that the teacher had left and asked to reschedule. I came with no warning. This is unacceptable! Lack of professionalism.
